License — plain English
The Contextkeeping Toolkit is licensed to one organization — the company (or sole practice) that purchased it.
You may:
- Use every part of it internally, across any number of teams and staff in your organization.
- Adapt everything freely — edit the templates, rewrite the checklists, rebrand the internal copies. The knowledge articles you create using these templates are entirely yours, with no attribution required.
- Keep using your purchased version forever; updates to the same major version are included.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or publicly post the toolkit or substantial portions of it (including "free download" mirrors and public repos).
- Use it to deliver paid consulting or implementation services to other organizations under this license. If you're a consultant or MSP who wants to use the toolkit with clients, that's a use we're happy to support — contact us for a practitioner license.
No warranty. The toolkit is provided as-is. It encodes an operating model, not legal, financial, or compliance advice; outcomes depend on your implementation. All dollar figures are illustrative placeholders.
